Delivery is not included in the price and is added during the checkout process before any payment is made.
Delivery varies depending upon the item weight and size. Some items are very heavy and this makes it difficult for us to apply a standard delivery charge.
Should you need to return any purchases, please contact us within 7 days of receipt by calling 01824 702445.

We cannot be responsible for return delivery costs where a customer has changed their mind or ordered too much or perhaps ordered the wrong item. In these cases the customer would need to pay these costs.
So that we may provide both the most effective and suitable care for your animal, we ask that:
On Registering animals with Wern veterinary Surgeons, you are agreeing to abide by our terms and conditions
The owner stated on the account is the legal owner of this animal and can give permission for any and all treatment both surgical and non-surgical and is responsible for any and all accounts.
Any previous treatment with other veterinary practices must be disclosed and were possible we will request information regarding relevant treatment.
You are responsible for your animals behaviour whilst on the premises, should your animal require a muzzle or access arrangements, you are responsible for these at all times.
Responsibility for vaccination and identification documentation and compliance lies solely with the owner stated above.
All accounts are settled immediately.
Should you hold an insurance policy for treatment of your animal, unless agreed prior to commencement of treatment, you are responsible for the account and all accounts must be settled immediately.
We will be happy to provide written confirmation of the treatment for your insurers on request.
Credit accounts must be settled in full within 25 days of statement date.
Credit accounts are subject to approval and payment history with Wern veterinary surgeons. Late payment will result in the withdrawal of credit facilities.
All outstanding account are liable to a 3% interest charge.
Please note unpaid accounts may be passed to our debt collection agency, Sinclair Goldberg Price Ltd. All accounts, without exception, will be subject to a surcharge of £50 to cover our costs in recovery, plus any legal costs incurred in obtaining settlement.
We ask that you notify us of any change of residence or contact details, especially if your animal holds a passport or tagging information.
